Preliminary delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation.
If shipments are delayed by any reason you will receive information by e-mail.
PAUG can not be held liable for any costs or damages related to a delivery delay. All orders are shipped DDU
(delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that the buyer is responsible for paying VAT,
duties or any taxes for import to countries outside the European Union.
All shipping charges are flat rate which means you pay the same freight charge regardless of how many products ordered.
Delivery times, can be variable depending on how the product is ordered, is it Custom made products it can be an delivery time up to 3 weeks. All orders will be confirmed by mail with an delivery date.
5-10 weekdaysGoods must be collected within two weeks of notification after which the goods will automatically be sent back to PAUG. For uncollected goods PAUG will charge 200 SEK to cover shipping and administration costs. Please note that goods which shall be return still need to be collected to avoid extra charges.
All orders are handled by the Swedish Postal Service. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
